TL;DR
GPT 6 Astra performed better overall in this comparison, winning two of three tests and tying one. Its biggest advantage showed up when building new products from scratch.
In the Fortnite-style game test, GPT 6 Astra produced a more complete and usable prototype. In the AI travel landing page test, it also delivered the stronger visual direction and more polished result.
The debugging test was much closer. Claude Fable 5.1 found all 9 intentional bugs, while GPT 6 Astra also fixed the full project and preserved more of the original functionality.
