AI BREAKTHROUGH
🛰 SpaceX’s Surprise IPO is Actually a $1.75 Trillion AI Play
Hold onto your seats, because the final boss of the IPO market just stepped into the arena. SpaceX has officially filed confidentially for what will likely be the biggest public listing in human history. We’re talking a $1.75 trillion valuation.
Why now? Because they just absorbed Elon Musk’s xAI in a deal that valued the combined entity at $1.25T. By going public, Musk is beating both OpenAI and Anthropic to the punch:
They need the cash to make Starship launches as routine as a bus schedule. This is a construction project.
The most interesting detail in the filing is the dual-class share structure. Musk is making sure he keeps the steering wheel.
Everyone is fighting over H100s on the ground, but SpaceX is building the high ground. If you control the rockets, the satellites (Starlink), and the AI (Grok/xAI), you own the entire stack from the silicon to the stars.
If this listing hits in June, it’s going to suck all the oxygen out of the room for other tech IPOs. Every VC and institutional fund is going to be reallocating capital to get a piece of the Space-AI pie.
