So, let’s get into it. These tools might seem like a lot at first, but I’ll break everything down step-by-step, and by the end, you’ll feel like a pro!

I. Increase Your Subscribers with RSS Feeds

If you’ve been around the internet for a while, you might remember RSS feeds from the early 2000s. And if you’re thinking, “Wait, people still use that old tech?” – I’m here to tell you that not only is RSS still alive, it’s actually a secret weapon for growing your subscriber list or just customer list in 2025.

1. What is RSS and Why You Do Need This?

Let’s break this down into the basics first: RSS, or Really Simple Syndication, is a technology that allows your content to automatically be sent out to subscribers. It’s like setting up a digital delivery system for your posts or newsletters.

Basically, now I have 2 sites for my AI readers: AI Fire and AI Agents Flows. Take a look at both sites, you’ll notice that they have
same content but different sites, bigger audience. AI Fire is the main site, and AI Agents Flows is my latest one using RSS to automatically upload content here. I’ll show you later.

increase-subscribers-with-rss

How RSS Works:

  • Your Content Gets Published: Every time you write and publish a new post on your website (like a blog post, newsletter, or article), your RSS feed automatically includes the link to that new content.

  • The RSS Feed Sends the Content: The RSS feed is like a “live stream” of all your latest content. Once you publish something, your feed updates automatically, and anyone who is subscribed to your RSS feed will get notified with your latest post.

  • Subscribers Get Updates: Your subscribers don’t have to visit your website to check for new posts. They can use an RSS reader to get the latest updates directly delivered to them.

Now you’re probably wondering: “Why do I need this?”. Simple, because:

  • It Automates Your Distribution: You don’t have to manually share each post on every platform, social media site, or even in email updates.

=> Once someone subscribes to your RSS feed, they’ll get your new posts automatically.

  • It Increases Your Visibility: RSS allows you to send your content to a bunch of different places (RSS readers, social media apps, etc.) without doing the work yourself.

=> This means more people will see your content and more subscribers you’ll attract.

  • It Makes Your Content Easy to Find: When your content is out there being shared automatically via your RSS feed, it becomes easier for people to find you.

=> More people discover your posts because you’re not relying solely on SEO or social media algorithms to show them to new users. Your content is actively pushed out and made available everywhere.

  • It’s Easy to Set Up: Setting up an RSS feed is quick and doesn’t require a tech genius to make it work.

=> You just need to create a website (WordPress is great for this) and your RSS feed is automatically created.

  • It Builds Trust with Subscribers: When people sign up for your RSS feed, they are telling you they trust you enough to receive updates from you.

=> This engagement is valuable because it builds a relationship with your audience.

When I first set up RSS feeds for my site, I didn’t expect much. I thought it might just be a small convenience for my readers. But it turns out so well and here I am, to share my secrets. It doesn’t require me to manually do anything once it’s set up. The feed works 24/7, automatically sending out my posts to subscribers, so my audience keeps growing.

2. Detailed Guide to Create a Simple Website Using WordPress

First step, you need a new website right? I bet most of you know WordPress. WordPress is one of the easiest and most popular ways to set up a website.

Let me walk you through the process, step by step, in simple terms. Don’t worry, I’ll explain everything from start to finish, so you can follow along easily.

Step 1: Sign Up for WordPress Hosting:

  • First, you’ll need to choose a hosting provider (I recommend Namecheap – as its name, it’s a cheap way to buy a domain – under $15).

    detailed-guide-to-create-a-simple-website-using-wordpress
  • Now just type your domain and see the price here. When I type “aiagentslows.com”, it’s already taken cause I bought it and made it live before (it costs me around $11/one time)

    detailed-guide-to-create-a-simple-website-using-wordpress-1
  • So, you might already know that to use RSS Feeds on a WordPress site, you’d normally need the Business plan – which costs $40/month on WordPress. But I found a way cheaper option: EasyWP. It’s affordable because it’s a collab with Namecheap. Just grab the Starter plan at $2.91/month and boom, you get access to all the WordPress features you’d get with the Business plan. No extra fees.

    detailed-guide-to-create-a-simple-website-using-wordpress-2
  • Once you sign up for EasyWP, you can easily turn to WordPress with just a few clicks. It’s on “App” section on Namecheap like this:

Step 2: Choose a WordPress Theme & Customize It:

  • After you’ve set up your WordPress account, pick a theme. WordPress has tons of Free themes, but if you want something more customized, there are also premium themes you can purchase. Go to the Appearance section on your WordPress dashboard and click Themes to select a theme you like. For me, I chose a free one named “Twenty Twenty-Four”.

📌 NOTE: The theme should match your brand and style: Add your logo, contact information, and set up your main pages (like About, Contact, etc.). You can do this by going to the Pages section in the WordPress dashboard.

  • Install Necessary Plugins:

    • One plugin you absolutely need is Yoast SEO. This plugin helps you optimize your content for search engines, making it easier for new readers to find your posts.

    • The second one is “Site Kit by Google” to track your site, just like Google Analytics.

    • Install this plugin by going to the Plugins section and searching for Yoast SEO. Once installed, it’ll guide you through optimizing your content for SEO.

Many of you already know and use WordPress to customize website. So I’ll skip this part, if you face any problems, kindly contact me through our AI Fire community.

Here’s another video to customize your site, watch this first:

3. Step-by-step WordPress RSS Configuration

For this setup, I highly recommend using the Feedzy RSS Feeds Lite plugin for your site, because you’re using EasyWP, it costs nothing else here. This plugin makes it incredibly easy to display external RSS feeds on your site or even use your site’s RSS feed to automatically publish content.

Step 1: Install Feedzy RSS Feeds Lite Plugin

  • Go to Plugins > Add New: On the left sidebar of the dashboard, click on Plugins and then click Add New.

  • Search for Feedzy RSS Feeds Lite: In the search bar at the top-right, type Feedzy RSS Feeds Lite.

  • Install and Activate the Plugin: Once you see the Feedzy RSS Feeds Lite plugin in the search results, click the Install Now button. After installation, click Activate to enable the plugin on your website.

Step 2: Configure Feedzy RSS Settings

  • Go to Feedzy Settings: In the WordPress dashboard, go to Feedzy on the left sidebar. And click on “Import Feeds”. Then click on “edit” as shown here:

    step-by-step-wordpress-rss-configuration-1
  • Set Up the RSS Feed Source:

    • You’ll see a place to add your feed URL. This is the RSS feed from your WordPress site (if you want to share your own posts automatically) or any external feed you want to display on your site. If you’re using Beehiiv like us, follow this short guide to get your RSS link.

      step-by-step-wordpress-rss-configuration-2
  • Map Content: Follow our guide in this image. Basically, you just choose your post title, description and image.

  • That’s all you need to set up in this page. Then click on “Save”.

    step-by-step-wordpress-rss-configuration-4
  • Next, click on “Purge & Reset” to refresh your page. Final button here is obviously “Run”.

    step-by-step-wordpress-rss-configuration-5

All done, time to check your site. You’ll see all your latest posts have been pulled out here, but on a new site.

Step 3: Customize the Display (Optional): If you want to tweak the look and feel of the RSS feed. Just click on “Edit site” as usual. Then change the color, font, margin, or anything else you want.

step-by-step-wordpress-rss-configuration-6

Once the feed is live on your site:

  • Check the Display:

    • Go to the page where you added the feed and make sure it’s showing up properly.

    • Check if the content is being updated automatically when you add new posts to your site or pull in external feeds.

  • Track Performance:

    • You can track how well your RSS feeds are performing with the Site Kit plugin we set up. Check if your site traffic increases as the feed content spreads across different platforms.

      step-by-step-wordpress-rss-configuration-7

Using RSS feeds to automatically distribute your content is one of the best ways to grow your newsletter with minimal effort. It saves you time while helping you reach a wider audience. If you do this right, your subscribers will start rolling in with little additional effort on your part.

II. Automate Your Research with n8n Agent Flow

1. Understand Our Purpose with n8n Workflow

So, when you’re running a newsletter like AI Fire or just any content-based business, staying on top of the latest trends, news, and updates from different sources can be super time-consuming. You know, scrolling through articles, pulling relevant info from websites, checking forums, reading newsletters… it takes forever.

After spending months manually researching content for our AI Fire newsletter, my team and I were burning way too many hours just gathering information.

But what if I told you there’s a way to automate that process and save you 60% of your time? That’s what our team is doing right now with n8n, and it completely transformed our process.

Unlike other automation tools like Zapier or Make, n8n gives you much more flexibility in creating complex, multi-step workflows. It’s like the difference between using building blocks versus having a full workshop of tools. Of course, we’re using all of them 😂

What makes n8n stand out is that it’s open-source and no-code, which means you don’t need to be a tech genius to use it. If you can click a few buttons and follow some basic steps, you can set up powerful workflows to gather content automatically. n8n uses “nodes” to connect all the tools and services you need, and you just need to tell it what to do.

Here’s why I love it:

  • Time-saving: Instead of spending hours on research, you can get everything done automatically.

  • Flexibility: You can choose the sources you want to pull from (such as X list accounts, articles,
), so it’s customized to your needs.

  • No technical skills required: It’s easy to set up.

Let me show you a preview of our flow in n8n:

2. Simple Steps to Automate Your Research Process

Now, let me walk you through the exact steps I use to automate my research using n8n. It’s simple, even if you’re a total beginner.

Step 1: Set Up an n8n Account

  • First, create an n8n account. Go to the n8n website and sign up. No coding needed, I promise. But it does require a paid plan, or you can start with a Free trial, then
use another gmail account over and over again. Yeah it’s a trick, and I don’t recommend it 🙄 For us, we choose Starter plan, and it costs only $20/month.

    simple-steps-to-automate-your-research-process

Step 2: Start a New Workflow

  • Once you’re logged in, click on “Create Workflow.” Think of a workflow like a recipe — you’re putting together a series of steps to make something happen automatically.

Step 3: Choose Your Data Sources (Nodes)

  • Now, add your “nodes”. Each node is a service you want n8n to pull data from. For example:

    • RSS Feeds: If you want to pull content from different blogs or news sites, add the RSS node.

    • Web Scraping: If you want to grab content from a specific web page that doesn’t have an RSS feed, use the HTTP request node to scrape data.

    • Social Media (Twitter, Reddit, etc.): If you want to pull tweets or posts about a specific topic, use n8n’s social media nodes.

      simple-steps-to-automate-your-research-process-1

The beauty of n8n is that it can connect to almost anything — websites, email services, databases, APIs, and more. Choose the sources that fit your content needs.

Step 4: Set Filters to Narrow Down Content

  • You don’t want to pull everything. You want only the relevant stuff. So, set up filters in n8n to specify what kind of content you want. For example, you can set it to only pull articles that mention a certain keyword, or posts from a specific source.

  • For us, we score the news, if its score is above 7, then it’ll be published like this:

    simple-steps-to-automate-your-research-process-2

Step 5: Organize and Format Your Data

  • Once n8n pulls the content, you need it organized in a way that’s useful. You can use another node to format the data into a clean report, ready for your next newsletter.

    • Example: Have n8n create a Google Sheet with the links, article titles, and summaries. You can then go through it later, saving you the time of manually sorting through your sources.

      simple-steps-to-automate-your-research-process-3

Step 6: Test and Automate

  • After setting it up, test the workflow by running it once. You should see the data get pulled into your organized format. If it works well, you can schedule it to run automatically (daily, weekly, etc.).

    • Imagine it: You wake up in the morning, and boom! All your research for the next newsletter is done, ready for you to explore.

📌 IMPORTANT NOTE: All the steps above, I’m just laying out the basic, core workflow. Because honestly, everyone has different sources and ways of pulling info. For example, the AI Fire team usually checks places like TechCrunch, OpenAI, Google’s X account, and a bunch of others.

So yeah, I’m keeping it general on purpose. But if you wanna go deeper, I highly recommend this n8n course. It’s packed with all the tips and know-how you need to build a complex workflow like the one I showed earlier. No pressure though, just explore and enjoy.

When I first started using n8n, I set up a workflow to gather content on AI and blockchain from multiple sources: Twitter, major blogs, forums like Reddit, and news outlets. Before, I used to spend about 4 hours a day manually browsing through all these sites to find relevant posts and articles. After setting up n8n, that time dropped to 1 hour a day because I could simply review the data n8n gathered for me.

III. Exploring Super AI Agents: Genspark & Manus

1. How These AI Agents Work

Manus, an “agentic” AI platform that launched in March 2025, is generating more hype than a Taylor Swift concert. The head of product at Hugging Face called Manus “the most impressive AI tool I’ve ever tried.” AI policy researcher Dean Ball described Manus as the “most sophisticated computer using AI.” The official Discord server for Manus grew to over 138,000 members in just a few days, and invite codes for Manus are reportedly selling for thousands of dollars on Chinese reseller app.

exploring-super-ai-agents-genspark-and-manus

Genspark AI followed shortly after in April 2025, introduced the Genspark Super Agent. Genspark positions itself as a “fast, accurate, and controllable” general-purpose AI agent. Its standout feature is a built-in AI phone module that can actually make calls to book restaurants or hotels – something Manus can’t do. Genspark uses what they call a “Mixture-of-Agents” system that combines 8 different AI models working together.

exploring-super-ai-agents-genspark-and-manus-1

📌📌📌 We’ve already done a full breakdown of these two tools, check it out here for all the details. After reading this, I make sure you will answer this question: Which “Super Agent” Reigns Supreme?

According to recent market analysis, the AI agents market is projected to grow from $5.43 billion in 2024 to $236.03 billion by 2034 Precedence Research. That’s a massive 4,346% growth over 10 years.

ai-agents-market

What makes these agents “super”? Super agents differ from traditional AI tools in several key ways:

  • They can plan and execute multi-step tasks

  • They have memory and maintain context throughout a session

  • They can use multiple tools (web browsers, software, APIs)

  • They can adapt their approach based on intermediate results

  • They make decisions about what to do next without human guidance

And like I said before, 2 of the most promising super agents currently available are Genspark and Manus. What’s particularly interesting is how quickly they’re growing. Just last month, Manus doubled the credits offered in their paid plan, and Genspark added several new features that weren’t available when I first started using it.

Now, these agents are still in early stages, so they’re not perfect yet, but I’m personally really excited about where they’re heading, and you should be too. Hmm, they are expensive right now. Manus, in particular, is on the pricy side, but just recently, it doubled the credits for paid plans. This means that it’s becoming more accessible, but there’s still a long way to go before we see these tools become affordable for everyone.

2. The Future of Super AI Agents

Based on my experience with both platforms and trends in the AI agent space, here are my predictions for how super agents will keep growing and how you can position your business to benefit.

Emerging Trends:

  • Agent Specialization: We’re already seeing agents become more specialized for particular tasks. Expect to see agents specifically designed for content creation, research, audience analysis, and more.

  • Decreasing Costs: Just as we saw with general AI tools, costs are likely to decrease as competition increases. Manus, for example, recently doubled the credits on its paid plans. That might not sound huge, but it’s a clear sign that they’re trying to make it more accessible to users and to gain a competitive edge.

  • Improved Autonomy: Future agents will require even less guidance. They’ll learn your preferences, writing style, and audience needs over time.

  • Multi-Agent Collaboration: Systems where multiple specialized agents work together are becoming more powerful. This mirrors the n8n approach we discussed earlier but with even more sophisticated coordination.

  • Integration with Creation Tools: Expect tighter integration with design tools, email platforms, and content management systems.

Right now, Genspark and Manus are the front-runners in the super agent race. As more agents compete, we will get a wider range of choices.

Just like we’ve seen with ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini entering the market, we’re going to see more powerful and affordable AI agents. These agents will continue to improve over time, and as the competition heats up, their prices will drop, making them more accessible to creators and entrepreneurs like you.

As these super agents get smarter, they will start playing a much larger role in everyday life and business.

=> Keep watching closely, because this space is changing rapidly. You’re in the right place to take advantage of what’s to come.

Conclusion

That’s all for today guys. All the tools and strategies we covered in this lesson are powerful, and they’ll help you take your work to the next level.

First, RSS feeds, they’re simple and effective. Then, there’s n8n, I can’t stress enough how much it saves time. Next, super AI agents like Genspark and Manus are starting to reshape how we work. They’re still in the early stages, so yes, keep watching. Finally, the future of AI agents is exciting.

These tools are only going to get smarter and more efficient. As AI agents get better, they’ll play a bigger role in automating tasks, saving time, and helping your business grow.

Remember that technology is just a tool. The heart of a successful business remains the unique perspective and value you bring to your customers. These tools simply allow you to deliver that value more consistently and at a higher quality than ever before.

Share your results in our community forum, and don’t hesitate to reach out if you have questions as you set up these systems. See ya!
